another great candida-friendly breakfast

Another candida-friendly breakfast to add to my list for all of you candida sufferers out there: Hot Cream of Brown Rice Cereal from El Peto. It’s surprisingly good (and nice to have another option).

This breakfast from El Peto contains dried apple. All fruit contains fructose, which feeds candida, therefore this is not appropriate for those with candida.

Well, it also depends on how long you’ve been on the candida diet for. I agree — you can’t have fruit at the beginning for sure — at least for 2 or 3 months. But after that, you have to start (limited to 2-3 servings a day). The benefits of the fruit for your body are more beneficial than the amount at that time, with proper anti-fungal treatment for the three months, than not having any fruit. That being said, if you have fruit and can still feel the candida taking hold — don’t have it. Try again in a month or so. I’m now 2 years into this diet, so am now able to expand a bit more.
