mixing up the candida-friendly cookie recipe
Well, I haven’t been able to find the right kind of chocolate chips for some time, so I played with the candida-friendly chocolate chip cookie recipe and the additions worked out pretty well. I just realized I forgot to put water in — which explains a lot, but they still taste pretty good, considering I can’t really have any other cookie at the moment. So, instead of the chocolate chips I added:
1 tbsp gluten free vanilla
2 tsps cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
And the results were pretty good.
