the project course is over

Well, I had my final exam for my project management course. It could go either way.

I could have got a 50%. I could have got an 80%.

Who knows? The important thing is that it's over… but, like a glutton for punishment, I have signed up for a summer Business Statistics Course (an elective for my certificate). So we'll see if that one is any better.

I'm just not cut out for memorizing and multiple choice — more of an analytical and critical thinking, essay-writing-type person.

new baby and bachelorette saturday

Posted on April 12, 2006. Filed under: Friends, Marriage |

I got to meet my new little second cousin on the weekend — what a cutie! She's 7 pounds and has the cutest little button nose. It is amazing though, how much my arm hurt after holding her — 7 pounds doesn't seem like much until you've been unable to move, but unable to let go of the cute-ness for a half an hour or so.

From the cousin's in Orangeville to the bachelorette in Toronto.

We had such a fantastic time on a Street Car Party in Toronto that took us to Grace O'Malleys, The Devil's Martini, Up, and D.N.A. in a fancy-fun SUV limo. It was huge! We shared it with another group (14 guys) and they were a lot of fun too — we were dancing at every club. It was such a fantastic night — and I even had lots of energy to make it through until around 3:00 a.m.

We made the bride-to-be wear a veil and pink feather boa and she had to get 75 guys to sign a t-shirt (which she did successfully, and rather quickly).

I have to say that it was one of the best, and most memorable days, and I'm definitely getting old with all of these babies and marriages around me.
