i told brian about the blog

Posted on February 13, 2006. Filed under: Marriage, The boy(s) |

I told Brian about the blog — but he said he wouldn’t read it, which I thought was very cool. We’re having such a great time together and I really do love him (damn, when did that happen?). Just kidding, the only scary part is the whole I would actually marry him part — ahh! Not have an actual wedding or anything, but maybe a big party after we’d been married in Vegas or on the other side of the world somewhere. I know, I know, it’s shocking, and maybe it will wear off. I did get an invite to a bridal shower coming up soon — we’ll see if that reverses the idea. Haha.

Hey, congrats, yah know, on the whole Looooove thing
I never thought EVER EVER would I be the marrying kind….
then one day I came home from Niagara Falls and through a big party cuz SWEET home alabama I have just been married!

i’ve never responded to a blog before but i thought that you would appreciate it!
you know that if you get engaged, i need to be one the first to know!!

kendell — you’ll definitely be the first to know! haha.

sallly — congrats to you too. i’m still getting used to the idea, but it’s kind of nice to think about — wow. so weird. how long ago were you married?

Oi! Nice to hear the ol’ relato-craziness is in full force with you too!

/ just kidding.

I’m glad to hear that you’re doing well with B! If you do get hitched, I promise that there will be NO breakdancing from yours truly at the ceremony. (all bets are off for the reception, mind you).

Haha. Thanks for the warning. I’m still of the “no real wedding” mentality, but I know Brian wants to have the whole thing, so I guess it wouldn’t be overly fair to deprive him of that. We’ll see. It may never happen, which is really okay too. Just kind of feeling like it will.

I was married in October.
while most everyone i know has said they regret their wedding if they have a big wedding, NO one has ever told me they regreted ekoping or a small ceremony. I know i dont!!
