There are 2 wonderful things that make candida bearable: rice syrup and grape seed oil. If you’re going to do any baking at all these, with rice flour can be substituted into several recipes. Just play around with them. Rice syrup doesn’t asborb into the blood stream but can be used as a substitute for sugar. Grape seed oil works like any other, but is lighter in flavour — you can usually replace it for butter in a recipe too.

i learned something very important about b12 shots tonight

My naturopath went to give me my b12 shot tonight and usually nothing’s tense and there isn’t a problem at all. Tonight everything tensed up — apparently, if you’re going to get a shot of any kind you should drink lots of water during the day. This makes your muscles more fluid and it makes it easier for the shot to be given. Here’s hoping it lasts for the entire trip to AZ.
